A great kit, one of the most powerful for minarelli vertical air scooter, it comes in first place with the POLINI 500cc (excluding long race kits), high-end aluminum cylinder treated with nykasil, its booster exhaust makes it an exhaust efficient but remains relatively solid thanks to the very high-end MALOSSI treatment, all the same less robust than a normal exhaust. This booster exhaust will give you a lot of recovery and high revs. It has a corrected admission like all racing cylinders for vertical minarelli. Its 40mm diameter gives it a real 50cc.
It also has a very fine mono segment in order to obtain a very high speed, a polished tapered high compression cylinder head, a MALOSSI carbon slat for valve studied, reinforced racing needle cage on greased is provided in the pack. Its diagrams are very good, the finish is not too bad but all the same to review for a good trainer especially at the admission level, we will regret the absence of finish and several base gaskets to make the squish for the price, but really in summary, it remains the must of the cylinder on normal race. Another little more to add, the cylinder head is mounted on an O-ring! Excellent on this engine or the banal loose head gaskets very often in track racing. It will develop up to 11hp announced by malossi (depending on settings, equipment, preparation), so even more in the prepared and fully equipped version!

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the lower skirts is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
