This 50cc kit is reserved for demanding users who want a high performance engine, remaining in the legal capacity of 50cc and preserving strength and torque! The least we can say is that PARMAKIT has worked hard, they put in a new, more solid piston equipped with a single domed segment to reduce friction as much as possible.

The cylinder is made of aluminum with a very high-end Nicasil treatment, the finish is excellent, for more performance, they have opted for a very solid oval exhaust, the exhaust duct is obviously correctly round and unbridled, 6 transfers of admission are present in order to offer a better sweep and better feed the racehorse. PARMAKIT preferred to stay on a standard type admission just widened in order to preserve the solidity, we have often known on the cylinders very worked on the admission of the breaks, seizures, pre-tightening on the rear cylinder / piston especially on the engines MINARELLI vertical air which heat up enormously, this is also why major brands like MALOSSI have also remained on this type of admission.

You will not need to align the crankcases to the cylinder except for the rear transfer if desired. Same cylinder head level, the evolution is very present, the high compression chamber is frustoconical and in polished finish, the aluminum used is of good quality and allows a good heat exchange, you will appreciate especially as on all the high-end models for vertical the tight fitting by O-ring, PARMAKIT also supplies you with a standard cylinder head gasket if your squish is too tight or if you do not trust the O-rings!

We recommend with this RS10 GT thermal unit : racing exhaust, lighter variator settings, carburetion in Ø19 to 21mm with racing valves, clutch which hangs later than the original, cold racing spark plug with short base or long base with DOPPLER wedge, reinforced crankshaft , rear transfer aligned to the crankcase if desired.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
