Here is a small 50cc RACING kit from the house POLINI MOTORI, this cast iron model diameter 40mm will bring you additional performance in relation to the origin and it will preserve the solidity, reliability and this for a low price!
It is ideal to start over again by improving its acceleration and top speed, POLINI has greatly worked this high engine, the channels and transfers to the base are improved (an alignment to the crankcase can be the good thing to take again from the power).
The piston is a reinforced model with two fine segments including a domed chrome for the top of the piston, the cylinder head is a high compression chamber model frustoconical polished finish. In addition, POLINI delivers this kit with a slat of carbon valves to fully exploit your power regime.
To further improve the quality, POLINI has to pass its cylinder head in O-ring and the top of the cylinder enters the machining cylinder head for a better holding of the latter and also to have a combustion chamber perfectly aligned with the cylinder.
Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
