Ideal for starting over with something new and solid, here is the small original type 50cc kit from P2R , this Ø40mm cylinder without cylinder head. Good manufacturing, its finish is good and its architecture too, everything is a low price to match!

This cylinder has 5 well-designed intake transfers, an oval exhaust like the original and a cast iron alloy offering your scooter a lot of torque and strength at any engine speed.

It is accompanied by a two-segment piston that is also well designed and solid with a graphite type treatment. Its 2 chrome steel segments will offer you all the torque you need and will preserve increased engine strength. Supplied with its G clips and piston pin.

This high engine will not provide more performance than an original, so don't hide it. It is mainly intended for refurbishment respecting the 50cc cylinder capacity at an attractive price so as not to break the bank. In other words, excellent value for money for those who want to drive every day without worrying about their engine every time they start up.

We recommend that you accompany this cylinder / piston with at least : an original cylinder head or others with new planning, new spark plug, good adjustment of your variator (rollers) and carburetion, 100% synthetic racing engine oil, etc. . .



As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the conduit, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and skirt bottoms is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
