Here is the high cast iron motor with cylinder head from DR Racing (MotorParts group with Top Performances, TPR) Made In Italy. A complete kit for guaranteed performance and engine reliability. Its displacement reaches 177cc for a 63mm diameter bore (in combination with the original 57mm stroke and original 105mm connecting rod). With a cylinder equipped with 5 transfers of admission including 4 specific side and a rear with a studied and special architecture as well as a well widened exit exhaust with boosters with a diameter of 37mm for the fitting of an exhaust, an engine efficiency that will be significantly improved at all levels.
Ideal for quality refurbishment and extra performance. The cylinder head is a fairly impressive aluminum model, lightweight and designed in materials such as cooling will be improved. Chamber of hemispherical shape with a finish that we describe as very average (see photo of the room) but which will still offer good benefits.
The piston chosen to accompany this high engine is a high-end two-segment ASSO with a special high-silicon treatment guaranteeing better heat exchange and performance at the key. The latter has a slightly domed cap increasing the compression ratio at the same time, a lateral preparation with two more openings on the rear skirt via 4 openings to mate perfectly with the intake of the cylinder and improve the sweeping / greasing of this thermal group and low engine.
