MVT presents the newest addition to the S-RACE range, the 85 - 100cc exhaust for DERBI engines! MVT worked on the test bench on an exhaust that had to meet the following criteria:
-Excellent wide performance curve to obtain an engine available from the lowest revs
- Fits most 85-100cc kits on the market
-Low/affordable price for high performance!
-Easy and quick assembly on all types of machines!
- Ø32mm mouthpiece to fully release the power of large kits
-Acceptable noise level and reliability

To achieve this, MVT used a 12/10 rolled/welded body for a good resonance/strength ratio. They used their MD10 kit (assembly in less than 10 minutes) for mounting on different chassis. The volumes and counter cones were designed by the MVT racing department! The horn is made of stamped sheet metal to reduce manufacturing costs without impacting performance.
Ultimately, the S-RACE 85 - 100 exhaust produces a maximum power very close to exhausts costing around €350 / €400. It has torque available earlier! All this, for a price under €260 including VAT, defying all competition for this level of performance.
We recommend this exhaust in combination with a cylinder kit of 85 to 100cc displacement in 32mm mouth like the IRON PRO MAX 90cc, a carburetion in Ø28 to 30mm, a digital variable ignition like the MVT DD and obviously, an ultra reinforced clutch which can transmit the power.
