RF50WR Racing Exhaust – DERBI – 2018 Version
This exhaust is the official exhaust developed to accompany the RF50WR top engine, designed for 50cc prototypes based on DERBI . It meets the most demanding performance standards for competition.
The result of rigorous development, this 2018 version has been designed to offer:
Significant torque from low revs
Maximum power at high revs
A very wide usage curve, for optimal exploitation of the engine range
It comes with the new RF50WR silencer, specifically sized for the 50cc, equipped with a carbon casing.

Designed for RF50WR top engines on DERBI crankcases
Venturi Label with 4-screw fixing, with evolving section conduit for perfect alignment on RF50WR exhausts
AP04 steel sheet, 8/10 mm thick, laser cut
Manual rolling of each cone
Single TIG welding of cones and seams
Assembly of the pot by oxy-acetylene
Internal striking of welds to avoid beads and ensure optimal gas flow
Supplies included:

2 welding mounting brackets for custom adaptation to your chassis
