Please note, not homologated on the road, only reserved for competition. Here is the PARMAKIT liquid cooling kit for Peugeot 103 in Ø50mm. This cylinder is a fairly rare model. This model is a very rare kit, it is planned for Peugeot 103, fox and Honda wallaroo.
It is finally available with the LIQUID cylinder head. This kit is the largest existing model for our small engines, at the time, there was already the famous ZETTA d.50mm, but this model is even more studied, powerful and in aluminum! Whether to mount it or display it, you will not be disappointed.
Let's start with the cylinder, its diagrams are quite low (like most large kits on the market on 103...), it has 6 transfers and a normal exhaust, it is made of high quality aluminum with nykasil treatment, the finish is pretty good! The side transfers are well worked and increased on the front in order to improve performance, sweeping... With its diameter of 50mm, it offers 80cc of real displacement in combination with the original 39.1mm stroke.
You will need to take the special PARMAKIT d.54m casings. The piston is a reinforced VERTEX model with a Ø12mm axis, delivered complete with axis, clips, segments, seal pack, cylinder head but also longer studs, nuts...
As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the rear skirt is also included for an improvement of the scanning (problematic on this cylinder). Count a little extra time for this preparation!
A kit at a low price and yet very efficient in addition to being a very good basis for preparation with its exhaust has boosters, its 6 transfers and its mono-segment (or bi-segment).
