Here is the AIRSAL T6 RACING kit with a 6-port intake. This model is designed for liquid-cooled Peugeot 103s. It was created for performance with a racing-oriented architecture, based on the 70cc air-cooled T6, which itself is inspired by a 50cc from a very reputable French brand! It features 6 intake ports, a booster exhaust, and large lower transfer ports. Obviously, a good, well-ventilated carburetor is essential (a minimum of 17.5mm if the exhaust is underutilized and restricted, and a good 21mm if the exhaust is well utilized). We recommend using it with a reinforced crankshaft, and proper crankcase alignment is necessary due to the large lower transfer ports! We do not recommend this top end for older two-port crankcases! Airsal has tamed the beast by prioritizing torque with a two-ring piston.
The port timings are clearly "in between" at 165°/113°. You can raise the exhaust port timing to around 172° within a 60° overlap limit to gain power by increasing the RPM. By default, the booster ports are higher than the central exhaust port; when preparing the cylinder, ensure this is reversed! The cylinder head is improved compared to the stock one in terms of cooling, featuring a high-compression 46mm truncated cone combustion chamber with a polished finish. In short, this top end will be a good companion for roads in countries where it is permitted, as it is very robust, torquey, and offers good acceleration! The power increase compared to a stock engine or a 50cc kit will be very noticeable. A superb quality/performance/price ratio.
We recommend that you accompany this kit with at least : expansion chamber exhaust, reinforced crankshaft with C3 clearance bearings, 17.5mm to 21mm carburetor and 0.30mm carbon reeds, NGK index 9 spark plug.

As an option, we offer a Stage 1 preparation. This preparation involves modifying the intake and exhaust ports by increasing the port timing and improving the flow, thus increasing the cylinder's performance. An improved piston and skirt are also included in this modification. Please allow a little extra time for this preparation!
