Here is the PARMAKIT liquid cooling kit for Peugeot 103. To our regret it is delivered without its cylinder head but the latter is sold separately from us. This cylinder is a fairly rare model.
It is quite similar to MALOSSI but it has very different technicalities. Its diameter is 46mm and it has a piston specially designed for the chrome s10 mono-segment kit to allow the highest speeds without slowing down the race. There are 6 intake transfers, they are quite high in diagrams for a 70cc. At the base, the architecture is beautiful and well defined, you will obviously have to align your crankcases to the cylinder.
The exhaust is an ordinary single light model but it has a specific shape improving the sweep. To conclude, this cylinder is a good ball of nerve, it is well studied, it offers very good high speeds with its mono-segment and its fairly high diagrams while preserving a generous torque!
Accompany it with the PARMAKIT cylinder head. Attention, the cylinder head surround gasket is not delivered with this kit but it is not delivered with the cylinder head either! You will therefore need to advise like any good preparatory mechanic. The nykasil treatment is good and the finish is also very correct.
With this kit we recommend at least : crankshaft and reinforced bearings, racing casings MALOSSI / POLINI / PARMAKIT d.50mm (by the d.54mm) or preparation of casings, carburetion 17.5mm, racing exhaust, cold racing spark plug, PARMAKIT cylinder head d .46mm liquid , head gasket ...

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
