Description

This model is a very rare kit, it is intended for Peugeot 103, fox and Honda wallaroo. This kit is the largest existing model for our small engines, at the time, there already existed the famous ZETTA d.50mm , but this model is even more studied, efficient and made of aluminum! Delivered without cylinder head, to be accompanied by a PARMAKIT Ø50mm cylinder head!

With its diameter of 50mm, it offers 76.77cc of real displacement in combination with the original 39.1mm stroke. You can also mount it with a long stroke MALOSSI or other, with the long stroke RRD 42.1mm, this cylinder offers 82.66cc real!!!! Without a long stroke, it must be admitted that you will move away enormously from the square engine ratio... You will therefore not be at maximum power. We have mounted this cylinder several times.


… Prepared with diagrams of 190° / 129 see... 193/132 and the long Malossi race, be careful you have to hold on! Now let's move on to the cylinder foot, it is Ø54mm, so you would need:

The piston is a very special reinforced model with a 100% flat cap, it is certainly very aesthetic but in terms of performance, its shape and its system brings more turbulence than anything else. We recommend changing the piston for another model, you should know that the TPR (TOP PERFORMANCES RACING) Ø50mm piston of the minarelli am6 fits without problem. With our engines mounted on long stroke / long connecting rod, we mount a MALOSSI MHR TEAM AM6 DERBI piston or its equivalent in ITALKIT VERTEX!


We recommend this kit with: reinforced crankshaft (long stroke if possible), PARMAKIT d.54mm crankcases or machined crankcases, reinforced bearings, racing carburetion 19mm minimum, racing exhaust (torque if the kit is stock)

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the conduit, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the rear skirt is also included for improved sweeping (problematic on this cylinder). Allow a little extra time for this preparation!

Second option: STAGE 2 preparation ! Adaptation to long stroke or complete modification of the kit to diagrams of your choice, we recommend at most 192° / 132° on this kit!
