DOPPLER OPEN pulley 10 or 11 teeth for PEUGEOT 103 SP, MVL, VOGUE moped

This DOPPLER pulley from the OPEN range consists of a plate entirely cut in the mass in a very high quality aluminum. Its silver anodized finish allows it to fight against oxidation.

The steel pinion, which is anti-corrosion treated, acts as a centering device in the chainring and is adjusted to reduce skipping phenomena.

The 5 screws make it possible not to have any shearing thanks to their countersunk heads which, of course, are conducive to fighting against loosening.

Composition :

- 1 Ø213mm aluminum plate, for belt with original width.

- 1 steel pinion (10 or 11 teeth)

- 2 sealed needle bearings HK1616-2RS.

- 5 FHC M5 x 15 screws.

Don't forget to select the number of teeth before adding to the basket!!

Assembly advice:

The countersunk head screws are to be tightened crosswise, to a torque of 4.5Nm.

Grease the needle roller bearings before fitting, then every 4500 kilometers if necessary, or every year.
