Malossi S.p.A. has the pleasure of making available to its customers a new series of primary transmission gears for 50cc scooters.
These new gears are the result of Malossi's 20 years of experience in the study and realization of gears for competitive and road scooters. The new H. t. Q. gears were studied and made with straight teeth to minimize friction losses and stresses on supports. In addition, our gears slightly extend the gears, allowing you to exploit all the power of your scooter and guarantee a considerable sprint compared to your original scooter. The transmission is extremely important in a good preparation, if your dimmer and torque adjuster are at their maximum, your engine level turns minute too and the top speed is not enough for you! Simply change your transmission to fully exploit your peak speed by losing some acceleration, it will also allow settings, a different torque, you will have to accompany it with new variable/pulse spring settings. We recommend it with a gearbox mounted on bearings and good transmission oil. The primary transmission is that on which the clutch bell is attached, there are also secondary transmissions. Transmission MALOSSI MHR is a true racing competition piece, they have a reputation for being indestructible! Enjoy it. Before purchasing, we advise you to observe your primary and secondary transmission in order to know its dentures and therefore judge on which to take. We recommend a running of about 100km and an oil drain after 1000/1300 km.
