Here is a truly special and exceptional part: the genuine MALOSSI 15mm Group 1 carburetor kit for Peugeot 103 SPX, RCX, and Clip mopeds. This kit is very high-performing and comprehensive, yet offered at a low price considering the included components. The 19mm carburetor comes with a 40mm threaded intake manifold to improve the venturi effect (the red one is not included in this kit).
The carburetor included in the kit is the famous DELLORTO PHBG 19 model (adjustment screw on the right)! This model features two 90° angled tubes for cables in addition to the straight tubes, a float bowl cap for faster adjustments, and an aluminum float bowl. It's the top-of-the-line, racing version of the entire PHBG 15mm range. MALOSSI has thought of everything, even including the choke and throttle cables, and there's even a small cable clamp.
Next, a luxury flexible Viton intake manifold is also included in the pack, along with its two clamps. To ensure a truly flexible setup, MALOSSI provides the Label intake manifold, which is factory-machined specifically for flexible mounting. MALOSSI also supplies the reed valve gasket, the manifold gasket, and the superb MALOSSI CDC VL1 reed valves. MALOSSI has specifically selected the reed for these valves, opting for a 0.30mm thick reed made of black KARBONIT fiberglass (a specific type of fiberglass).
This reed valve is perfect for achieving the correct resonance frequency with a small Group 1 or other 50cc G2 replica, G1 replica kits… In short, this pack offers unbeatable value for money, delivering amazing performance and exceptional quality.
