Here is the most advanced and advanced manufacture of these latest Flanged Mount cylinders, designed specifically for the Malossi C-One and RC -One engine cases and intended exclusively for liquid-cooled scooters. Can be installed on original casings with machining and modifications!!!

Designed specifically for use in competition at the highest level, they are equipped with the latest evolution of the iconic Malossi 7 transfer technology, whose enormous size allows the improvement of the two lights opposite the exhaust, now added to the advantage of eliminating the clutter of through studs, now shorter and on the outside.

This kit is the most elaborate and the most worked, both from a performance and aesthetic point of view. The lights have been designed again larger and able to connect perfectly with those of the Malossi crankcase.

The exit of the exhaust foresees a structure equipped with an exceptionally thin bar with a double port of elliptical shape, to reduce to the minimum the stress for the band of the piston, assembled with an exhaust connection which passes in the lines.

The profile inside the cylinder head, again of the decomposable type, has been totally evolved and thanks to its design, it now guarantees more torque at all revs.

The cylinder head cover is made of forged aluminum, red anodized and turned on very high precision numerical control machines.

The installation of a Testa Rossa Flanged Mount cylinder necessarily requires installation on a C-One or RC -One Malossi crankcase and the adoption of a crankshaft with a connecting rod length different from the original one.
