The Italian brand POLINI once again proves with this high engine, the quality of its parts and the performance they develop. This 70cc Ø47mm cast iron kit is no exception to the rule. It is the perfect balance between performance and strength. Its cast iron cylinder will offer all the necessary strength with worked and improved heat exchange surfaces.

It is machined with 5 intake transfers, 4 lateral and 1 at the rear with a standard oval exhaust designed for maximum engine efficiency. The architecture and work on this cylinder is precise and overall very well finished.
A POLINI bi-segment piston (high-end model) accompanies this high engine, specially designed to provide torque at low speeds and maintain a reliable and resistant engine even at high speeds. This piston is made of special lightweight and reinforced aluminum alloy with side grease nipples and two openings on the skirt to improve sweeping / filling, it also has a domed and low cap (piston head) to be as close as possible to the cylinder head and offering maximum compression, the latter is fitted with two standard segments with reinforced crab type pin and piston clips.
In addition, this set comes with a quality aluminum cylinder head with a high compression combustion chamber, frustoconical shape with a polished finish. For more compression, it has a parting line and specific digital planning to match its low convex piston, thus offering great mechanical reliability and additional performance.
Clearly, this high engine is a real concentrate of Made In Italy performance thanks to the experience in the preparation of engines for competition from POLINI. Everything has been worked on and improved, whether in the transfer ducts, the exhaust or the combustion chamber of the cylinder head. We recommend to accompany this high engine with at least : a 21mm carburetion in flexible assembly with the jets supplied with this kit, racing horn or preparation of the original airbox, racing exhaust, unbridled or competition ignition, crankshaft and bearings reinforced, cold racing spark plug, 100% synthetic racing engine oil ....

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
