This 50cc cylinder head piston cylinder kit is homologated on the road only insofar as the machine (moped) on which it is fitted remains 100% original with the original flange on the exhaust, ignition... obviously respects more French legislation which is 45km / h maximum.
The CARENZI EVOLUTION black 50cc kit, it is very close to the original. Its hemispherical high compression cylinder head makes it a more efficient kit than the original. It is road approved, even French road. We appreciated its piston with a chrome segment and its finish worthy of high-end cast iron! Its very well calculated compression ratio makes it quite efficient despite not much higher diagrams than the original. Its exhaust is slightly more worked too. Its displacement is 49.7cc (Ø40.3mm for 39mm stroke). This is the strongest 50cc kit on the market!! With such a price, good performance, increased solidity and French approval, it is really perfect.
We recommend at least to accompany this kit : carburetion settings, expansion pot. (the cylinder head must be tightened to 1.6 ÷ 1.8 kgm)

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the lower skirts is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
