Here is a very good small 50cc cast iron kit for mécaboite driving DERBI euro 3 and 4, it is the BARIKIT Racing model with a bore diameter Ø39.90 mm. This cast iron model therefore offers a regulatory displacement of 50cc of torque and power to be in order and to circulate every day, solid thanks to the cast iron alloys used. Racing model with stud bolt to be tightened and fixed with 2 additional screws in addition to the 4 cylinder head nuts and the 3 clamping screws on the cylinder head like the original.
Its cast iron cylinder therefore has 5 intake transfers including 1 at the rear and 4 at the side. Its admission has been reworked, we also recommend fitting a 17.5mm PHBG carburettor on the cylinder or even 19mm if you slightly rework the intake, the exhaust outlet is also significantly improved thanks to its 2 boosters and its oval shape.
Diagrams well studied for this small cast iron thus offering light performances and a greatly improved recovery compared to the original model, especially coupled to the good compression ratio offered by the hemispherical combustion chamber, polished finish of the stud cylinder head. This kit does not neglect the torque and the solidity with its well-designed two-segment piston with an identical skirt widened to the bases, two resistant chrome segments favoring the couple but also the rise in speed due to the smoothness of the latter (1 mm) .
The advantage of this set is its relatively low price, you will have a powerful, torquey and very solid engine! A very good basis of preparation also for the more connoisseurs wishing to have fun every day or to circulate on the circuit. The cooling system is also improved thanks to the stud bolt.
We advise you to accompany this high engine with at least: 17.5 mm carburetion, intake pipe in flexible racing assembly, reinforced crankshaft and bearings for the best and start again on a completely new engine without problems, new racing spark plug, oil 100% synthetic engine, sport exhaust ....

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
