Kit 70cc Ø47,6mm ATHENA SPORT aluminum for scooter PEUGEOT air before 2007 (buxy, tkr, speedfight...)

The ATHENA SPORT 70cc kit is a kit based between very high performance and maximum strength. This kit has a bore of 47.6mm and is made of nicasil-treated aluminium. This nicasil from ATHENA / EUROCILINDRO is the strongest on the market, hence the reputation of the aluminum cylinders of this great Italian brand.

Designed for the track and the 70cc trophies, it is largely at the height of the MALOSSI MHR and even a little more pointed with its fine-honed mono-segment and its high diagrams!

The cylinder has a modified and completely revised intake, a normal large exhaust, the diagrams are quite high and pointed, the bore is perfect and worthy of the largest cylinders.

The cylinder head is in high compression (compression ratio of 13.8:1), the chamber is of frustoconical shape. In short, this kit is a small weapon of power which does not neglect the torque, it is very efficient but does not neglect the solidity either, its degree of study and finish is very advanced. We recommend it for everyday riding (outside France), for competition which requires solid engines, for stunts, ...

We recommend to accompany this kit to the MINIMUM: adapted racing exhaust, complete carburetion kit 21 to 26mm, kit of reinforced bearings set C3 or C4, reinforced crankshaft, cold racing spark plug.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the lower skirts is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
