Perfect to increase performance or start fresh, this is the primary transmission kit BIDALOT RACING FACTORY single unit for engine MINARELLI AM6. A perfect set to replace the original parts or accompanied by a small, medium, very big engine configuration ( 50cc, 70cc...). BIDALOT has changed the primary transmission ratio from 20/71 to 19/67, all with the aim of rotating the primary shaft faster and therefore reducing the torque to pass through the clutch.
With all this, parts like the bell / the clutch boss... are specially cut in the mass of aluminum for maximum lightness and solidity. A very reliable set where you can now install 6 clutch discs instead of 5 as the original. BIDALOT also installed a DERBI presser plate with 5 springs against 4 for the original! To lighten this transmission, BIDALOT also installed a large drilled / lightened crown.
In addition, thanks to this transmission and the clutch, no more slipping! This concentrate of BIDALOT technology & performance will offer you all the engine power of your mécaboite at the crankshaft output and transmitted directly to the wheel! Clearly, no loss of power, on the contrary you will recover it. The transmission passing in straight teeth, it still offers a gain in performance!
Comes complete with 19 tooth primary drive sprocket, balance shaft drive sprocket, water pump sprocket, 67 tooth primary drive wheel mounted on needle cage, spacer, two needle cages, one clutch housing & CNC machined clutch nuts cut in the mass of aluminum, set of 6 discs lined with 5 smooth steel discs, 5 racing clutch springs, screws ...
