The cylinder / piston without cylinder head 70cc MALOSSI MHR TEAM is a concentrated authentic performance with its design, study, architecture and elements that accompanies it. Its aluminum cylinder nikasil treated with specific heat treatment, has excellent finishes and has 7 large intake transfers extensively revised upwards with a massive exhaust with bar. 
The piston is a model mono segment Ø47,6mm diameter promoting high speeds (reducing friction), equipped with its end segment chrome domed honed, clips reinforced C and its axis 12mm. Also (piston) was created from the finest materials to ensure good heat resistance and temperature changes with an outer coating of graphite to an even lower coefficient of friction. 
. Delivered 100% as shown Machining housings will be essential for the passage of a cylinder with only MALOSSI crankshaft (refs 53 8009 - 5,314,548 to 5,312,810). With gasket set for the squish, studs, accessories, hardware .... 
We recommend to accompany this high engine with at least: minimum Ø21mm carburizing, an intake kit, racing exhaust, ultra reinforced vilbebrequin (brand MALOSSI required to mount it), reinforced bearings, cold candle racing, oil 100% synthetic motor racing, a large variation range, a racing ignition, careful monitoring and running, mounting in the rules .... 
Optional we offer a preparation course 1, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the charts and improvement of the duct, it increases the cylinder performance. Improved bottom skirt is also included in the amendment. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
