Here is the Ø63mm MALOSSI maxi kit for BENELLI, YAMAHA, MBK and ITALJET 125cc. As usual MALOSSI has made a powerful, solid, torquey and very high-end kit. This little monster will project your displacement from 125cc to real 182.58cc of extreme performance. MALOSSI has for this thermal group found the perfect stroke / diameter ratio, this cylinder tightens without problem supported by your original crankshaft. He is already racing in competition and in endurance, that is to say if he is tested… Let’s now rather see how MALOSSI did to increase the performance of the high engine, he obviously did not stop and increased the diameter of the piston cylinder! Cylinder

• Material: primary aluminum alloy with a high content of hardened and tempered silicon, cylinder liner with application of silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and crossed smoothing by two diamond passages, with very strict tolerances.

• Machining: by high precision CNC machine tools.

• Cylinder-piston couplings with a coupling tolerance of 0.05 mm.

• Recalculated and enlarged heat exchange surfaces.

 

P i ston

• Extra compact with three segments.

• Material: special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content with low thermal expansion with application of tin on the sliding walls.

• CNC machine tool machining

• Lightened and reinforced.

Segments

• Compression - specials with high sliding and very high mechanical resistance, made of chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron.

• 1st scraper ring - in chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron.

• 2nd scraper ring - three-piece made of special steel, chrome-plated.
