Kit 560cc MALOSSI Ø70mm, double cylinder / piston for YAMAHA TMAX 500 from 2004 to 2011

Named "Super T-Max" by the famous Italian brand Malossi! Here is the double aluminum cylinder kit specially designed and developed in collaboration between YAMAHA and MALOSSI.

 

Of excellent quality, its finish is as impressive as the performance it offers! Twin-cylinder with liquid cooling, diameter of each cylinder Ø70mm, forged pistons ... everything has been revised and corrected to offer you phenomenal power.

 

The twin cylinder is made of aluminum, silicon and copper alloy with special stabilized treatment. The shirts are premium nikasil and the bore is 70mm for a 73mm stroke. The compression is obviously optimized and the displacement goes up to 560cc!

Equipped with two forged pistons each with a Ø15mm axle and the 3 segments in special aluminum alloy. Each piston has the footprints of the valves, a racing design, they are reinforced and lightened to constant thickness.

With an increase given by MALOSSI has more than 15% compared to the origin. Its reliability is greatly increased, which makes it a solid and efficient engine. An ideal and radical way to boost your 4-stroke maxi-scooter.
