WARNING, for Peugeot 103 owners, a special kit is available for these engines, so do not use this kit which is intended for Peugeot fox and Honda wallaroo only.
One of the supreme and very well finished kits for the 103, it has everything to please power lovers: large diameter 46mm so 64.98cc real in normal racing, single thin segment of 1mm domed hard chrome, lateral grease nipples on the piston sides, this the latter is also worked with the cylinder. The cylinder is in chrome-treated aluminum with 6 transfers and above all a huge W-shaped exhaust… In short, it is the kit for 103 but however fragile, here it is really the maximum power that is sought, not longevity. We do not communicate either minimum or maximum power because it depends on your test benches! Crankshaft output, wheel output,… and especially your equipment. The alloy of this kit is high-end with a hard chrome coating, we would have preferred a MALOSSI type nykasil, the S10 chrome segment is extra fine 1mm and hard chrome, curved which allows it to really push high speeds . We would also have preferred larger side transfers as well as more extensive intake diagrams.
Explanation of the POLINI / GILARDONI W system : it allows maximum width opening of the exhaust port without risking the segment being pulled out. Many say that the W is present here for the couple while in most of the tests of preparers, a small and can wide exhaust brings much more torque than an exhaust with boosters or still in very large W, in short this depends on individual tests and calculations. It should all the same know that obviously, a W makes the segment suffer more than a booster exhaust in still a bar! If you have been a preparer, this cylinder being the only one on the market to have all the advantages (mono segment, w, large transfers, aluminum…) you will certainly be able to get out of it hallucinating performance.
We recommend it with at least : complete 17.5mm racing carburetion kit, reinforced bearings and crankshaft, racing exhaust (according to stock torque diagrams or your future diagrams if preparation), competition cold spark plug, appropriate cylinder head in d.46mm.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
