The kit MALOSSI MHR Replica 70cc is a kit based on very high performance and maximum strength. This kit has a bore of Ø47mm and is made of aluminum treated nikasil, this nikasil coming out of MALOSSI is the most solid of the whole market hence the reputation of the aluminum cylinders of this great Italian brand.



Designed for the track and the 70cc trophy, it is very torquey and stunt lovers will be delighted. MALOSSI in order to solidify this kit has installed a luxury model bi-segment piston with side grease and rear light to improve the sweep, with 2 segments hard chrome domed, this action aims to amplify the torque but slows the race and the high regimes. MALOSSI announces 7.35nm (0.75Kgm) at 8000rpm (rpm)!



The cylinder has an intake 6 transfers modified and completely revised and corrected, a large extended exhaust booster, diagrams very high and sharp, the bore is perfect and worthy of the largest cylinder! MALOSSI announces 9CV at 8,500 rpm on this kit, you can expect more or less depending on your configuration and settings. The cylinder head is in high compression monobloc (compression ratio of 13.8: 1), the chamber is frustoconical shape polished, this cylinder head is mounted on O-ring for more security.



Clearly, this kit is a small monster of torque that does not neglect high diets, it is very powerful but does not neglect the strength, its finish and its study are very advanced. We recommend it to ride every day (except France), for the competition that requires solid motors, the stunt, ... It is obviously delivered complete with a needle cage reinforced 10mm axis and slats of KARBONIT (black fiber) for regulate intake and increase performance, plugs with Ø4,8mm int. collars, ...



We recommend to accompany this kit at least : racing exhaust adapted, full kit carburation Ø21mm, reinforced bearings kit game C3 or C4, reinforced crankshaft, cold racing candle, ...

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the bottom of skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
