POLINI reinforced clutch kit complete with discs, bells, WAVE type springs!
The Wave spring is a newly designed spiral, produced with high precision construction techniques.
This spring, thanks to its beehive structure, ensures optimal flatness on the thrust faces of the clutch and tolerates high loads of up to 200kg.
As standard, the Wave Polini spring is adjusted to have a load of 80kg which can be modified thanks to the adjustment thicknesses available inside the package and which allow the load to be changed up to 200kg of thrust. The spring is perfectly housed in the clutch hub prepared with the appropriate centering seat.
The clutch hub and pressure plates are made from solid steel.
The clutch discs have been perfected with material that increases the coefficient of friction, to improve resistance under stress.
The EVOLUTION clutch is made up of 4 steel discs covered with high performance sintered friction material (thickness 1.9 mm) and three in steel (thickness 1 mm) and assembly is recommended for prepared engines that exceed 15 HP.
