Here is the complete POLINI 100 engine pack for APE 50. This pack consists of:

GIANNELLI 100 exhaust

POLINI 100 cast iron kit

-28mm PWK POLINI carburetor and a set of jets

POLINI pipe kit with valves

-Reinforced POLINI crankshaft (19 or 20 depending on your ignition)

- Bearing kit (19 or 20 to choose depending on the crankshaft chosen)

-Reinforced clutch to hold the power!

- Complete MALOSSI ignition cone Ø20mm

Very high-performance pack, the displacement is greatly increased, the diagrams are also, and the compression ratio is pushed to 12.7: 1! The reed valve system also allows for a significant improvement in filling. You can mill the crankcase to improve performance (the intake no longer works with the rotary system on the crankshaft but with a reed valve system). The exhaust allows full exploitation of the engine. The clutch allows for good power transmission. The ignition allows for a significant increase in performance, a more reliable assembly, and offers a suitable inertia ratio (1.2kg rotor), its analog system provides a slight variability well suited to this 110cc cast iron! The ignition is delivered in this pack with the crown to preserve your electric starter function! A complete gasket kit is also delivered with the pack for a good overhaul of your engine.
