Exhaust GIANNELLI REVERSE for liquid horizontal minarelli scooter (mbk nitro, yamaha aerox ...)

The GIANNELLI Reverse is the most powerful escapement of all the exhausts of the Italian brand, it has no flange and yet it is approved on the same French road! This exhaust indeed has a special silencer system in the body, all without restricting it, which gives it the place of the quietest relaxation exhaust on the market. It is designed in special steel 10 / 10th (1mm) and is equipped with welds carried out by oxyacetylene process.



It is equipped with a stainless steel cartridge covered with a layer of real kevlar, which greatly reduces noise emissions and makes the silencer extremely solid unlike carbon silencer or pure kevlar alone, we will regret all the same that for the silent wool change requires drilling rivets. This model is identical to the CONTI models but GIANNELLI is the real manufacturer, only the silencer is different. The body is really clean, discreet and well formed, the color is beautiful and racing, the transparent varnish is very shiny and of good quality. We will regret the absence of a cylinder output assembly by flange / springs, the fixing is done directly by body / cylinder!



This requires removing the 2 cylinder screws (which are not very practical to have on the booster) each time the exhaust is removed. However, the crankcase / body mounting bracket is mounted on silentblocs and is made of metal! We recommend it for daily use without problems on the original cylinder or 50cc / 50cc racing kit and small 70cc kit, this exhaust is a very good compromise between torque and top speed. Light rollers are delivered with the exhaust in order to obtain the correct power range (relative according to configuration). Finally, we can say that this exhaust tightened well on the 50cc racing kit, the original and the small 70cc, it has a beautiful look, it is very quiet and solid.

MBK Nitro 50cc year 1997 to 2006.
Yamaha aerox 50cc year 1995 to 2011.
