The GIANNELLI Reverse is the most powerful exhaust of all the exhausts of the Italian brand, it does not have any flange and it is nevertheless homologated on road even French! This exhaust has indeed a special system of muffler in the body all without the bridle which gives him the place of the quietest exhaust exhaust market. It is made of 10/10 (1mm) special steel and has welds made by oxyacetylene process.
It is equipped with a stainless steel cartridge covered with a layer of genuine Kevlar, which greatly reduces noise emissions and makes the muffler extremely strong unlike pure carbon or kevlar silencers alone, we will regret that for the change of the silent wool it is necessary to drill rivets. This model is identical to CONTI models but GIANNELLI is the real manufacturer, only the muffler is different. The body is really clean, discreet and well formed, the color is beautiful and racing, the clear varnish is very bright and good quality. We regret the absence of a cylinder outlet assembly by flange / springs, the fixing is done directly by body / cylinder!
This requires to remove the 2 cylinder screws (which are not very practical to have on booster) at each exhaust disassembly. However, the crankcase / body bracket is mounted on silentblocs and is made of metal! We recommend it for everyday use without problems on the original cylinder or kit 50cc / 50cc racing and small kit 70cc, this exhaust is a very good compromise torque / speed peak. Light rollers are delivered with the exhaust in order to obtain the right power range (relative according to configuration). Finally, we can say that this exhaust will be good on the kit 50cc racing, the origin and the small 70cc, it has a beautiful look, it is very quiet and strong.
