Here is the brand new MAXIKIT IRON PRO MAX 90cc from MVT for DERBI EURO 3, 4, and 5 engines! This is a high-performance kit designed for long-lasting durability. It consists of a cast iron kit with a 50.2mm two-ring piston, a booster exhaust port, 7 intake ports, and a high-compression, one-piece cylinder head. While some criticize one-piece cylinder heads, they eliminate the problems of stacked/multiplied gaskets that increase the risk of leaks! This cylinder head is made from an alloy that conducts heat perfectly and performs its function very well. The entire kit is designed with port timings to provide an excellent torque-to-power ratio for riding in all conditions! The assembly is paired with a high-quality 44.8mm stroke crankshaft with a machined connecting rod. The piston pin is enlarged to 13mm to prevent problems. We recommend this kit with a 28mm carburetor, an exhaust system properly tuned to this cylinder, a free-flowing ignition system like the MVT PREMIUM, and, of course, a reinforced clutch. This model features a cast connecting rod, not a machined one, to reduce the kit's cost. A great way to save money!
As an option, we offer a Stage 1 preparation. This preparation involves modifying the intake and exhaust ports by increasing the port timing and improving the flow, thus increasing the cylinder's performance. An improved piston and skirt are also included in this modification. Please allow a little extra time for this preparation!
