The only negative point of this pack is the absence of a set of clutch springs, celeron bearings and several base gaskets like the packs for AM6! A novelty from the big Spanish brand ITALKIT and finally available from us, this ultra complete 96cc engine pack mounts on mécaboite engine DERBI Euro 3 and Euro 4. As usual, the brand ITALKIT do not deviate from the rule by composing this pack of the best current parts on the market. The aluminum alloy cylinder has a specific heat treatment and an internal niquel/silica coating and an external chrome coating, giving it all its solidity and reliability, foolproof! Equipped with no less than 9 lights including 6 intake transfers, 2 boosters with elaborate shapes and finally the exhaust outlet, impressive in its shape and size to such an extent that the outlet diameter has been revised upwards and measures no less than Ø30mm, between fixing axis for the exhaust 46 mm. Work on the engine crankcases is recommended in order to align the cylinder/crankcase perfectly.



That's not all, the cooling has also been completely revised and corrected in order to offer the best possible heat exchange and at the same time obtain a significant performance gain, in fact the less an engine runs out of steam and heats up. and the more performance remains present. This piston is therefore equipped with a thin 0.80 mm thick chrome segment, thus promoting the increase in speed. Thanks to the graphite treatment, its shapes and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer better thermal expansion, at the same time matching perfectly with this cylinder to support sharp recovery, sudden change of diets and prolonged endurance on the circuit.



Finally, the special 44.90mm stroke crankshaft and 90mm connecting rod. This model is unique and once again, very successful. It is perfectly well balanced and cut from the best steel on the market. Its dynamic balancing results from the inorganic tungsten carbide compound. This material in summary is a combination of carbon and tungsten. It is a material known to be very dense, very resistant and very hard. A new connecting rod is also installed on this linkage, an ultra-reinforced model machined from the mass. Ultra light, it is really reserved for competition!



It is this type of connecting rod that equips real competition crankshafts BIDALOT or MALOSSI MHR BIG BORE and other extremely rare vilo! Featherweight and maximum rigidity are there. Its lubrication is improved, the connecting rod small cage is increased for better holding, silver treated and mounted on anti-friction shims. A connecting rod assembly, as you will have understood, perfectly designed and adapted to accompany this high engine, able to withstand without any problem the wildest engine speeds of up to 16,000 rpm and in combination with this cylinder and stroke 44, 90 mm the actual displacement is 95.35cc with no less than 28hp announced by the brand on condition of perfect assembly and adjustments according to the rules of the art!

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the conduit, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and skirt bottoms is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
