CYLINDER
- Material: special aluminum alloy with high percentage of silicon and titanium, which guarantee outstanding performance, even at high temperatures.
- Heat treatment: special tempering and stabilization, which gives the material increased strength and strength, which ensures that the mechanical and dimensional specifications remain unchanged for temperatures up to 250 C.
- Chip machining training: performed on numerically controlled machining centers with very limited size and tolerance shape (roundness, perpendicularity).

- On the internal surface: made using silicon carbide on nickel matrix with a heat treatment that guarantees extremely high hardness (about 600 HVD, 1/5) and excellent wear resistance.
- Internal machining of the cylinder: with special machines that allow a degree of finish on cylinder barrel walls whose roughness corresponds with the angles established during the design phase (special oiling).
- escape diagrams and openings: studied and made specifically for the competition. The definition of the exhaust and opening diagrams required considerable work from our technicians on engine test benches and circuits.

PISTON
- Material: special aluminum alloy with a very high percentage of silicon and titanium, which guarantees both excellent resistance to heat and tensile force during temperature variation.
- External coating: graphite coating which guarantees a very low coefficient of friction
- Structure: Reinforced to offer resistance to stress suffered by cylinder units intended for high level competition, but at the same time light enough to reduce inertia forces.

SEGMENTS
- Modular cast iron segments with soil, wear-resistant, hard chrome-spray coating on the contact surface. 
 HEAD
- Material: special aluminum alloy with a very high heat exchange coefficient.
- Geometry of heat exchange surfaces recalculated and increased.
- Combustion chamber fully designed to obtain a high compression ratio with very great turbulence.
- Machining on numerically controlled machines.

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
