Here is the best value for money 70cc aluminum kits on the market. This is the AIRSAL 70cc Ø46mm. This low-cost cylinder does not neglect quality, this 46mm diameter is made of high-end aluminum. It has 6 intake transfers and an oval exhaust.
The diagrams are high enough for the intake and low enough for the exhaust which makes it torquey and not difficult to accompany or adjust. The piston is a two-segment model for even more torque and strength. Clearly this kit has a very good torque / power ratio, it offers a lot of performance while preserving superb strength!
The piston is therefore the two-segment model intended for assembly with the original cylinder head. The finish is really on top. We advise you to align the transfers with the crankcases of the lower engine for always more performance. Warning sold without head.
We recommend accompanying this kit with: 19mm carburetion (0.30mm or 0.35mm carbon valve blades), reinforced crankshaft and bearings, racing exhaust, racing spark plug, running in with quality 2-stroke racing oil, etc.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
