The MALOSSI MHR 70cc kit is a kit based between very high performance and maximum solidity. This kit has a bore of 47.6mm and is made of aluminum with a high titanium content! It has received perfect machining straight from Malossi and is the strongest on the whole market, hence the reputation of the aluminum cylinders of this great Italian brand.
As for the piston, it is a special alloy with a very high percentage of silicon, to guarantee very good resistance to heat and non-deformability to temperature variations. In addition it has received a graphite treatment which allows it a very low coefficient of friction.
Its unique cast iron segment has hard chrome, anti-wear, is already pre-run !!!
The cylinder head has received a whole new geometry of the areas of heat exchange increased and recalculated. The completely redesigned combustion chamber for a high compression ratio and high turbulence.
As you can see in our photos, this kit comes complete, with cylinder, piston, cylinder head, seals ... but also a set of blades and its needle cage in Ø12mm axis!
We advise to accompany this kit to the MINIMUM: adapted racing exhaust, full 19mm carburetor kit, reinforced bearing kit set C3 or C4, reinforced crankshaft, cold racing spark plug.
Optionally we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the piston and bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
