Kit 70cc Ø47mm MALOSSI cast iron for CAGIVA CITY 50

Not approved, formally prohibited on the road, reserved for competition and closed, private circuits.

The most racing kit in cast iron from the Italian company MALOSSI, it is a very powerful model in Ø47mm therefore 70cc cast iron.

 

 

MALOSSI equipped this kit with a piston with a high silicon content with a work on the skirt to improve the sweeping and two ultra solid segments to have a maximum of torque.

 

 

The cylinder is a very good cast iron cylinder, the finish is good, the exhaust has an oval shape, the intake is revised and corrected and the diagrams are quite high.

 

 

The cylinder head is a high compression model, revised for better cooling, the combustion chamber is high compression, frustoconical and polished.

 

 

This cylinder head is mounted on O-ring like all real racing kits, it advantageously replaces the aluminum type seal for more solidity. This kit is recommended for riding every day (outside France), for stunt and running, it is very powerful and above all it preserves maximum strength.

 

 

We recommend accompanying this kit with : sport variator, elongated transmission, carburetor from 17.5 to 21mm.

 

Optionally we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the piston and bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
