Here is the high complete engine diameter Ø50 mm 80cc in normal stroke 40 mm (like the original) from the great brand ITALKIT for mécaboite engine DERBI euro 3 and 4. The brand as usual, proves us with these quality parts, its desire to offer exceptional equipment for all pilots and enthusiasts.

This Ø50 mm aluminum cylinder has a specific heat treatment with internal coating composed of niquel & silica. A high-end compound guaranteeing increased strength and reliability. Equipped with 6 intake transfers and an ovalized exhaust port with optimized and very well designed boosters. The whole therefore has a very successful architecture and finish, allowing maximum performance. A set of 4 reinforced studs is provided, length 120 mm X Ø 7 mm.

In addition, this cylinder is accompanied by a single-segment piston with graphite treatment from VERTEX. In other words, very high quality equipment whose reputation/quality is well established. This piston is therefore equipped with a thin chrome-plated segment, 1mm thick, thus promoting the increase in speed.

Thanks to the graphite treatment, its shapes and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer better thermal expansion, at the same time matching perfectly with this cylinder to support sharp recovery, sudden change of diets and prolonged endurance on the circuit.

We advise you to accompany this high engine with at least: carburetion of 24 or 26 in flexible assembly, an intake kit, crankshaft and reinforced bearing, internal rotor ignition without lights, racing cold spark plug, racing engine oil, exhaust relaxation racing... .

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the conduit, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and skirt bottoms is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
