Kit 50cc high engine Ø40,3mm BARIKIT cast iron minarelli am6

Homologated on public roads, respects the regulatory displacement of 50cc.

Here is a very good little 50cc cast iron kit for Minarelli AM6 engine mécaboite, it is the BARIKIT model with a bore diameter Ø40.30 mm. This cast iron model therefore offers a regulatory displacement of 50cc of torque and power to be in good standing and circulate every day, solid thanks to the cast iron alloys used. With high compression cylinder head mounted on an O-ring around it. We actually have another barikit kit on the site that almost looks similar. But no the cylinder head is not the same. Its cast iron cylinder therefore has 7 intake transfers including 1 at the rear and 6 on the side. Its admission is reworked, we also advise to mount a PHBG 17.5mm carburettor on the cylinder or even 19mm if you slightly rework the admission, the exhaust outlet is also significantly improved thanks to a more ovalized outlet. Diameter of the exhaust outlet Ø28 mm, wedge for passage to a diameter Ø25 mm not supplied.

Diagrams well studied for this small cast iron thus offering slight performance and a greatly improved recovery compared to the original model, especially coupled with the good compression ratio offered by the hemispherical combustion chamber, polished finish of the cylinder head. This kit does not neglect torque and solidity with its well-designed two-segment piston fitting perfectly with this cylinder, two resistant chrome segments favoring torque but also the revving up due to their thinness of 1 mm.

The major advantage of this set is its relatively low price, you will have a powerful, torquey and very solid engine! A very good preparation base also for the most connoisseurs wishing to have fun every day or to drive on the circuit. The cooling system is also improved thanks to the cylinder head well studied at this level. 

We advise you to accompany this high engine with at least: carburation of 17.5 mm, intake pipe in flexible racing assembly, crankshaft and reinforced bearings for the best and start again on a completely new engine and without problems, new racing spark plug, oil 100% synthetic engine, detent exhaust... .

As an option, we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
