MVT presents the new born of the S-RACE range, the 85 - 100cc pot for AM6 motorization! MVT worked in the test bench on an exhaust system which had to meet the following criteria:
-Excellent wide performance curve to obtain an available engine from the lowest speeds
-Awarded to the majority of kits 85 - 100cc of the output market Ø32mm
-Low / affordable price for high performance!
-Easy and fast mounting on all types of machines!
-Capture in Ø32mm to release the power of large kits
-Acceptable noise level and reliability
To do this, MVT used a rolled / welded body in jail 12 / 10 for a good resonance ratio strength. They used their MD10 kit (mounting in less than 10 minutes) for mounting on different chassis. The volumes and counter cones were designed by the race service MVT! Hey! The horn is pressed to reduce the manufacturing cost without impacting performance.
In the end, the S-RACE 85 - 100 exhaust outlet produces a maximum power very close to the exhaust pots around 350 / 400€. It has a couple available earlier! All, for a price below the €260 TTC bar, challenging all competition for this level of performance.
We recommend this exhaust in combination with a cylinder kit from 85 to 100cc of cylinder capacity at the mouth 32mm such as the IRON PRO MAX 90cc, a carburation in Ø28 to 30mm, a variable digital ignition like the MVT DD and obviously, an ultra reinforced clutch that can transmit power.
