METRAKIT PRO RACE engine casing for 50cc DERBI , APRILIA , GILERA motorcycles... EURO 3 engine

Great idea from METRAKIT, given that the DERBI factory has closed its doors while a huge number of DERBI EURO 3 engines exist worldwide. Here are the complete PRO RACE crankcases from the Spanish company METRAKIT; they have been revised and improved by the brand to offer greater robustness and performance!

-Contained price and lower than the original crankcases despite a very large investment by the brand in molds / stock and machining programs!

- Increased thickness for preparation and robustness

- Enlarged carburetor location to accommodate larger float bowls

- Enlarged intake duct designed for V-Force 85CR type valves

- Higher quality alloy and more precise bearing surfaces to avoid problems with bearing installation

- Compatible with original DERBI parts

- Lighter than a CNC machined solid casing and good thermal conductivity

- Dual fixing centers for standard cylinders (52mm) and FL (78mm)

- Large bore diameter of cylinder barrel 55mm

- Can be fitted with a 45mm stroke crankshaft without modification

- Crankshaft counterweight passage diameter Ø78mm

*Designed to be easily redrilled for a 14mm swingarm axle (DRD Pro)
