This is the radical and not so expensive solution to resolve all ignition problems on your MBK 51 with electronic ignition, or to convert your MOTOBECANE with AV10 / AV7 engine to a breaker, into a machine with electronic ignition.
Ignition timing advice :
On AV7 engine without valves : 1.6mm (engine prepared for high speeds), 1.8mm (engine prepared for medium speeds) to 2mm (original engine)
On AV10 engine with valves : 1.5mm (original or poorly prepared engine), 1.4mm (prepared medium speed engine), 1.3mm (high speed engine).
*Attention, the higher the advance and the compression ratio, the more careful you must be to have a high octane in the fuel, and not to add too much oil to avoid lowering this ratio!
