MALOSSI MHR F37R competition fork kit, reserved for drivers and above all, the most demanding pilots... These forks have been studied and designed using the most advanced technology currently available in the cross competition sector worldwide.
Malossi has chosen technically more advanced materials by cutting the fork cannons in anticorodal, a special aluminum alloy. The dip tubes have a larger diameter and have been lapped with a chrome application.
The F37R front forks have been made entirely in block in order to obtain the shapes and rigidity of the structure capable of supporting the very high weights to which the engines are subjected during competitions.

Trapeze in forged bonded steel, machined by CN machines.
37 mm Ø dip tubes in special ground steel, polished with chrome addition to ensure exceptional fluidity.
Sheath in special extruded aluminum alloy (Anticorodal), CNC machined and anodized.
Wheel fixing in special aluminum alloy obtained in the mass by extraction of shavings.
Mono-cartridge hydraulic system with sliding on the DU rings and oscillating oil seal ring to limit sliding friction as much as possible.
Precise spring preload adjustment.
Extension braking adjustment.
Compression braking adjustment.
Fork amplitude equal to 90 mm.
