Technical characteristics

 

Exhaust

Studied for mounting on all Ciao, Bravo, Si, Grillo mopeds coupled with Malossi aluminum thermal groups. Made of special steel sheet (thickness 0.8mm), obtained with robotic welding processes TIG and MIG and manual oxyacetylene welding folded by hand. Transparent paint.

 

Exhaust pipe

Special for Malossi Moped thermal groups: wing flange for fixing the support springs (it is no longer necessary to drill the cylinder fins to fix the springs), profile obtained by high precision laser cutting and connection with hole obtained with high precision CNC machines for optimal coupling with the exhaust duct.

 

Nozzle

With passage section calibrated to obtain the maximum available back pressure.

 

Quiet

In Nitro blue anodized aluminum with end tube embedded in the base for a more original design.

 

Connection to the exhaust

Produced by means of silent blocks and spacers (if necessary) fixed directly to the frame, in an extremely solid and stable manner. Since this is an extreme system, it is necessary to make minimal modifications to the chassis. A hole for fixing the silent blocks. It is not possible to fit the housing.
