To obtain this certification, MALOSSI PADS pads must successfully pass road tests carried out on the vehicle for which the pads are intended. During these tests, their effectiveness is verified by means of a series of “cold” and stress braking in order to evaluate the resistance of the pad and its braking capacity at different speeds. Sensitivity tests are also planned to assess what pressure variation must be exerted to obtain the same deceleration value with three different speeds. In addition to road tests, the material of the pads is also subjected to laboratory tests such as compressive and shear strength. Malossi obtained the E / ECE / 324-E / ECE / TRANS / 505 Regulation No. 90 certification with the collaboration of Dekra, a real giant in the certification sector. The tests were carried out by Dekra inspectors on the Balocco test tracks (Balocco Proving Ground) and at the Dekra test center in Cinisello Balsamo, and exceeded the provisions of the ECE R90 regulations by a large margin!
