During these tests, their effectiveness is checked by means of a series of "cold" and stress braking in order to evaluate the resistance of the wafer and its braking capacity at different speeds. Sensitivity tests are also provided to evaluate which pressure variation must be exerted to obtain the same deceleration value with three different speeds. In addition to road tests, the platelet material is also subjected to laboratory tests such as compressive strength and shear strength. Malossi has been awarded E / ECE / 324-E / ECE / TRANS / 505 Regulation No. 90 with the collaboration of Dekra, a giant in the certification sector. The tests were carried out by Dekra Inspectors on the Balocco Proving Ground and at the Dekra Test Center in Cinisello Balsamo and exceeded the ECE R90 regulations with a large margin!
