2 carbon boards 110X110mm for POLINI competition valves

The POLINI motori boards are based on high quality carbon fiber, they are to be cut yourself. The boards are 2 in number and are 110mm by 110mm (11 X 11cm). You have to choose between these thicknesses: 0.25 / 0.28 / 0.30 / 0.33 / 0.35 / 0.40 and 0.45mm. The carbon allows a more frank admission, less harmful vibrations… therefore higher performances. A harder valve will provide more high revs but less torque (it will go into self-vibration/resonance range) later! The softer reeds will vibrate sooner, more acceleration but the engine will bridle at lower revs. You will therefore have to find the right compromise.

In order to cut your valve slats after carefully tracing their shape, a simple pair of scissors will suffice.
