Description

The DOPPLER OPEN intake manifold is a fantastic innovation for Peugeot 103 and 51 mopeds equipped with POLINI crankcases. It's a very robust and heat-resistant manifold (CNC machined aluminum platinum/anodized, with a rubber flange) that allows the installation of 15 to 21mm DELLORTO PHBG and POLINI CP carburetors! It comes with a diffuser to be installed in the POLINI reed valves to improve their intake. The manifold is also fully compatible with POLINI Hyper Racing reed valves, part number 144.405.003

The DOPPLER OPEN pipe has oblong holes so that the angle can be slightly varied and it can be mounted in 4 positions!

This intake manifold is designed to mount PHBG and POLINI CP 15 to 21mm carburetors with flexible mounting on :

MBK 51 / AV10 ENGINE with POLINI crankcases

PEUGEOT 103 with POLINI crankcases and integrated supports

*Warning: This product is not compatible with POLINI crankcases without integrated brackets on PEUGEOT 103 mopeds!!!

**Warning: On PEUGEOT 103 SPX, RCX, MVX, and CLIP models, there is very little space! It may not fit, and you may need to use the POLINI Flexible intake manifold !!! On SP and MV models... you may also need to modify the swingarm due to the very limited space!!!
