Here is the hyper racing engine pack for competitors equipped with a liquid-cooled Piaggio engine.
The Stage6 70cc R/T MKI Piaggio cylinder kit is a nikasil-treated aluminium cylinder with 6 intake transfers and a double-part exhaust outlet with a bar. It comes with a 47.6mm diameter piston, a high compression bi-part head, an exhaust flange specific to the S6 R/T pot as well as a removable stud base hold for Piaggio engine (original type).
The exhaust is manufactured by hand in Italy following the traditional technique of fine steel sheet "rolled and welded". It is finalized by a carbon silencer for a racing look while maintaining a touch of sobriety. Note: The exhaust body is not varnished as it is intended for competition. We therefore recommend that you apply a greasing spray regularly to avoid too fast corrosion.
From a performance point of view, this stage6 70cc R/T Piaggio NRG / Runner engine set is located at the level of the best 70cc Hyper Racing kits on the market with a potential power of about 22 chavels with suitable parts: an 85mm reinforced crankshaft, a variation Stage6 R/T Oversize, a clutch Stage6 Torque Control, an admission pack 28mm Stage6 R/T, an internal rotor ignition Stage6 R/T, a long transmission.
Be careful! the installation of this engine pack requires a realignment of the engine crankcase to pass the foot of the cylinder (remember the information in the package leaflet).
