Complete chain kit reinforced FRANCE EQUIPEMENT original size so no 520, crown with number of teeth to choose from (42, 43, 44 and 46 teeth), pinion from 12 to 17 teeth to choose from. Ideal to start afresh on your YAMAHA TDM 850cc motorcycle, 2 quality choices:
-Super reinforced RK 525 FEX: With a chain 525 XW'RING SUPER Reinforced X-ring, therefore with seal which maintains the lubrication!
-Ultra reinforced: RK 525 RO With a 520 XW'RING ULTRA REINFORCED chain. The best of the best!
The pinion and the crown are cut in the best materials for a quality and an optimal lifespan! You should know that the original YAMAHA TDM 850 motorcycles are equipped with a fairly low range chain kit (identical to the first price here) and 16X44 teeth! You will choose a bigger pinion or a smaller crown gear for more top speed, and a smaller pinion for more acceleration! Be careful, a longer chain kit is more difficult to upgrade, so plan at least an exhaust line and a sport air filter to get a tooth or two more sprocket. A tooth at the pinion is approximately equivalent to 5 teeth at the crown!
Example :
If your speed in 14X52 teeth is 100 KM / H at 8000 rpm
It will be: 104KM / H in 14X50 teeth at 8000 rpm
It will be: 107.14KM / H in 15X52 teeth at 8000 rpm
It will be: 111.43KM / H in 15X50 teeth at 8000 rpm
