Here is one of the most efficient and better finished high engine kit on the market for HONDA MB, MT and MTX with air cooling, this 110cc kit has a diameter of 57mm, a fine mono-segment piston with lateral grease fittings for minimize friction while providing maximum torque!



A real competition cylinder in high quality nikasil treated aluminum with 5 intake transfers, 4 lateral and 1 specific at the rear improving the filling. Its exhaust has been revised upwards and significantly enlarged compared to a standard, original model.



The piston mono segment model is just as monstrous with its size and its design! Equipped with efficient lateral grease nipples, a low domed cap to optimize pre-compression, a reinforced piston pin in 14mm diameter, its crab type clips also reinforced and the fine chrome steel segment 1,5mm thickness.



Its finish and architecture are excellent, the width of the channels is impressive and their finishes worthy of the best high racing engines. Admission is through 4 fixing points with a center distance of 60 X 41mm. The exhaust mounts with two studs already installed diameter 8mm.



Unfortunately delivered without cylinder head but the original cylinder head mounts on it. You'll understand this kit highly efficient and powerful at high rate, all respecting the original settings. So no need to strengthen the crankshaft or align the transfers.

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the piston and bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
