Stage6 R/T 28mm MBK Nitro / Aerox Intake Kit – Complete intake kit for MBK Nitro / Yamaha Aerox scooters allowing the carburetor to be moved to the rear. In addition to various performance-enhancing components, the kit also includes the engine balancer required for this conversion.
We've put together this kit to save you time and unnecessary headaches when choosing your intake system. This kit allows you to upgrade your two-wheeler's entire intake in one go and significantly improve your engine's performance. The components fit together perfectly, so you don't have to worry about anything - simply install the parts and you're done. Of course, carburetor adjustment will probably be necessary using a jet kit sold separately.
Installing a larger carburetor, in this case 28mm, is recommended for tuning setups of all kinds (higher displacement, racing exhaust etc.). The Stage6 R/T PWK carburetor with Powerjet improves engine response time and optimally fuels even very powerful engines. Note: As this is a racing product, the carburetor has no connection to air vacuum or oil.
The Stage6 balancer allows you to mount the carburetor directly above the rear wheel. The advantages: it allows you to move the entire intake to the rear and thus eliminate the original right angle between the carburetor and the engine. The engine response time will be much sharper and the engine power increased. As a bonus, you will completely change the look of your Scooter!
The orange anodized Stage6 intake system is designed to mount PWK-style carburetors toward the rear wheel without the carburetor being too angled. The shim has a CNC-milled duct for a perfectly rounded look and maximum performance.
The Stage6 Viton® reed valve is the perfect complement for large carburetors. Its polymer structure covered with Viton® material allows for a perfect intake seal as well as improved resistance to hydrocarbons. It comes with different Venturi as well as 2 sets of reeds (carbon + fiberglass).
Of course, a large volume air filter is essential for such a setup, we opted for a Stage6 Double Layer Racing air filter in black. The different cell structure of the two foam layers ensures optimal airflow and excellent filtration of impurities.
The kit also includes a Stage6 HQ 5x9mm fuel hose, made from high quality, durable, slow curing material.
Note: When mounting the carburetor and air filter towards the rear, your scooter will need to be slightly modified (the bottom of the trunk will need to be cut out).
